After your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to monitor your shipment.
If you do not receive your package, or if it is lost, stolen, or incorrectly delivered, please reach out to the courier company in your country for assistance.
Refund Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, within which you can request a return or exchange. Please note that we do not accept return or exchange requests for goods damaged during shipping.
To qualify for a return, you'll need to make sure the item is in the same condition as you received it, unused and in its original packaging, and you'll need to provide a receipt and proof of purchase.
If the product quality problems or midway damage, you can contact us within 72 hours to deal with, we will provide a free return or exchange. After this time limit our return policy does not cover goods damaged during shipping. If the customer simply doesn't like the lights, you are responsible for return shipping costs.
We do not support refunds in the following cases 1. Products that do not meet the 14-day return and exchange policy. 2. Purchases over $6,000 3. Customized products according to customer requirements 4. Although it is clearly indicated that the product is not discounted, there is still a misunderstanding about the product list.
We will process your return within 3-5 business days after receiving it. Your refund will be automatically refunded to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days
If your order is in transit to the EU, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days without explanation. As mentioned above, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, labeled, and with its original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.
