3. Counter Notification
If you believe that your content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter notification. Your counter notice must contain:

Your name, address, phone number, and email address.

A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district, and that you will accept service of process from the person who submitted the original take down notice.

4. Repeat Infringers
We may terminate the accounts of users who are repeat infringers in accordance with our internal policy and applicable law
